Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can water or 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. rice (uncooked) and 1 fryer, cut into serving pieces or 2 or 3 whole breasts, split, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the soups, water and rice together.
Dip chicken in 1/2 stick melted butter.
Pour mixture in casserole dish and lay chicken on top.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4 or 6.
