Chicken-Rice Casserole
Chicken-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with c. white rice, chicken breasts or legs, onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup and c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place 1 cup uncooked rice in bottom of greased casserole dish. Lay pieces of fryer chicken on top of rice.
Sprinkle with 1 package onion soup mix.
Combine 1 can cream of chicken soup, with milk and salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 300Β° for 2 1/4 hours.
Cover with foil for first part of baking.
