Chicken-Rice Casserole
Chicken-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. milk and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour rice in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay chicken pieces on top of rice.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion soup mix. Combine cream of chicken soup and milk and pour over chicken. Bake at 275Β° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Cover with foil for the first part of baking time.
This is a great recipe for Sunday dinner after church.
