Chicken-Rice Casserole
Chicken-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. milk, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 (3 oz.) jar chopped mushrooms and 1 c. regular rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together soups, milk and mushrooms.
Set aside 1/2 cup of soup mixture.
Mix rice and thawed vegetables with remaining soup mixture and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice.
Pour remaining soup over the chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
