Chicken Rice Casserole

Made with 3 to 4 c. cooked, boneless, skinless cubed chicken, 1 c. minute rice, 1 c. chicken broth, 1 large bunch broccoli florets and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix chicken, Minute rice and broth.
Put in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Top with blanched broccoli florets.
Spread over broccoli the undiluted chicken soup, then the Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted).
Heat thoroughly in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes, covered, and 15 minutes uncovered.
