Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1 c. rice, 1 tbsp. oleo, salt and 2 lb. chicken breast (boneless), skinned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut chicken into strips (2 inches or so).
Salt, pepper and flour breasts (first).
Bring to boil water, rice, 1 tablespoon oleo and salt.
Turn down to simmer and simmer 15 minutes, then do breasts.
Brown them in 1/2 cup oleo.
Remove from pan; saute onions.
Add soup, milk and cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
Add sour cream to soup mixture. Add cooked rice.
Season to taste.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken breast in rice mixture.
Bake at 350Β° until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
