Made with 8 pieces chicken (legs-thighs or split breasts), 1 c. rice, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix and 1 soup can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In casserole or roast pan, place chicken.
Cover with rice, then cream soup and dry soup.
Sprinkle water over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 4. If it seems too dry, add more water.
