Chicken-Rice Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. regular rice, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup and 1 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Arrange rice in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Combine soups in large saucepan.
Gradually stir in milk.
Heat over medium heat.
Pour over rice layer.
Arrange chicken over rice. Sprinkle with dry soup mix.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a 325Β° oven for 2 hours or until chicken is tender. Makes 6 servings.
