Chicken Potpie
Chicken Potpie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chunked, cooked chicken, 10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup, 10 oz. mixed vegetables, thawed, 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix filling ingredients in medium bowl.
Place on pie crust in 9 inch pie plate.
Add filling and top with other crust.
Fold edges under and crimp.
Cut four slits in top to vent.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until pastry is golden and filling is hot.
