Chicken Potato Soup
Chicken Potato Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, or 2 pkg. of chicken thighs, 17-18 red potatoes, garlic salt to taste, nature's seasons (seasoning blend of onion, garlic, celery, salt, pepper and parsley) and 1/2 c. milk, or as desired, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Add to large cooking pot the amount of water, or the amount of soup, you desire.
Boil chicken 1-2 hours in pot with water to get the broth.
Remove chicken from water and remove bones and skin.
Cut up potatoes and chicken and add to the broth.
Add seasonings to taste, and regular salt if desired.
Boil for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Add milk to your liking.
