Chicken Potato Curry
Chicken Potato Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. thinly sliced potato, 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, 2 c. cooked cubed chicken breast, 3 tbsp. flour and 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

A casserole dish or a nonstick 9-inch square baking pan, arrange layers follows
1 cup potatoes, eggs, chicken and remaining 1 cup potatoes.
In a small bowl, blend flour, milk, pepper and curry powder (using a shaker bottle with lid is easier).
Pour mixture over casserole.
Dot butter over the top of all (by 1/2 tablespoon or whatever is easiest). Bake, uncovered, at hour, or until potatoes are tender.
