Chicken Pot Pie Casserole
Chicken Pot Pie Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, boiled and deboned (reserve 1 c. stock), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can veg-all, drained, salt and pepper to taste and 1 c. broth (from chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Put chicken in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine next 4 ingredients to make mixture and pour over chicken. To make the top, stir together Bisquick, milk and butter.
Pour on top of chicken mixture.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
