Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, 1 tsp. salt, 1 onion, minced, 1 c. chicken broth and 3 potatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cover chicken with water.
Add salt and onion to water; boil gently until tender.
Remove from bone and cut into bite size pieces.
Place chicken in casserole.
Combine chicken broth, potatoes and carrot and pour over chicken.
Spread can of soup over this.
In a bowl, mix together 1 stick butter, flour and milk.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
