Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, 2 pie crusts, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of potato soup, 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine chicken, soups, vegetables, milk, thyme, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Place 1 pie crust at bottom of pie dish, then add mixture.
Place other pie crust on top.
Seal; bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes.
