Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 c. buttermilk and 2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook chicken; remove skin and bones.
Cut into small pieces. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix soup and broth; bring to a boil.
Mix margarine, salt, pepper, flour and buttermilk; stir to form batter.
Pour over chicken the soup and broth.
Spoon batter over top.
Bake at 425Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
