Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, 2 c. reserved broth, 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup, 1 stick melted margarine and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook chicken until tender.
Remove from bone.
Reserve broth. In a saucepan, mix broth and soup and bring to a boil.
In a bowl, combine margarine, pepper, flour and buttermilk.
Pour broth over chicken in 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
Spoon batter evenly on top.
Bake at 425Β° for 25 to 30 minutes, until crust is browned.
