Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken or 5 to 6 leg quarters, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stick margarine and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil chicken and debone.

Save 1 cup of broth with cooked onion (boil onion with chicken).

Lay chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Mix 2 cups of broth with can of soup. Pour over seasoned chicken meat.

Cut margarine into flour, then stir in milk.

Dribble this over chicken.

Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes, until crust is golden brown and bubbly.

(Milk and flour mixture will seem too liquid, but "trust me," it will solidify.)
