Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) chicken cooked, cut up, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted), 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced and 1/4 c. butter or margarine (melted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cooked chicken with soup and broth, heat to boiling. Grease a 2 quart casserole, put in chicken mixture, add sliced eggs.
Make a mixture of the oleo, flour, pepper and milk; stir or mix until mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture over chicken and eggs. Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes or until brown.
