Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken or 4 breasts (reserve broth), 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sweet milk, 1 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken until tender; bone chicken and tear into bite size pieces.
Put into large baking dish.
Melt margarine.
Add sweet milk, pepper, salt and margarine to broth; bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.
Make batter of flour, buttermilk and oil; pour over top of pie.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes, or until top is brown.
