Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, cooked and broken into bite-size pieces, 1 to 2 c. chicken broth, 1 c. sweet milk, 1 c. self-rising flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place chicken in bottom of pan with broth and pepper.
Mix flour, baking powder and milk.
Pour over chicken.
Melt margarine and pour over flour mixture.
Bake in a moderate oven until crust browns.
(I like to use 2 cups of chicken broth as it makes more gravy.)
