Chicken Pie
Old-fashioned chicken pot pie thickened with a milky broth and capped with biscuit dough. Pure home-style comfort straight from a Southern stovetop.

Cook chicken until tender; remove all bones and skin.
In large pan, arrange layer or chicken and 1/2 cup margarine.
Roll dough and cut in strips.
Place over chicken.
Alternate this step until all chicken has been used, then pour chicken broth over this and roll top crust.
Place on pie and slit in center.
Brush top with butter.
Bake in a 350° to 375° oven until golden brown.
