Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (6 oz.) boneless chicken breasts, 1 tbsp. capers, 1 fresh lemon, 8 oz. fresh, sliced mushrooms and pinch of oregano, basil, black pepper and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Flour chicken breasts and saute in butter until done.
Remove chicken breasts and set aside.
Clean the pan and place chicken back in pan with butter, garlic, juice of 1 lemon, capers, mushrooms and herbs.
Let reduce until slightly glazed.
Serve with rice.
