Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 egg plus 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 additional tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 c. flour and 1/8 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat egg and lemon juice.
Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
Rinse, pat dry chicken.
Dip in egg, then flour.
Brown chicken in margarine.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
Add additional lemon juice; pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
