Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. realemon lemon juice (concentrate), 1/4 c. unsifted flour and 1/8 tsp. each: garlic powder and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Beat egg with 1 tablespoon ReaLemon; combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
Dip chicken in mixture, then in flour mixture.
In skillet, brown chicken with margarine.
Dissolve bouillon in water; add with remaining ReaLemon to skillet.
Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
