Chicken Picante
Chicken Picante is an easy dinner. Made with 4 split chicken breasts, 1 large jar picante sauce, 1 (8 oz.) brick monterey jack cheese, grated and 2 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place chicken breasts in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover the chicken with one-half of the grated cheese.
Pour the entire jar of picante sauce over the chicken, completely covering it.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
Place remaining cheese on top of dish and continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Serve over cooked rice.
