Chicken-Pecan Quiche
Chicken-Pecan Quiche is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine flour, 1 cup shredded cheese, chopped pecans, salt and paprika.
Stir in the oil.
Press in the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch quiche dish.
Prick bottom and sides of crust with a fork.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Set aside.
Combine eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise and chicken broth in a medium bowl, stirring well.
Stir in chicken, remaining cheese, onion, dillweed and hot sauce.
Pour into prepared crust.
Top with pecan halves. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
