Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, 1/2 c. milk, 1 egg, 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 c. breadcrumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix milk and egg.
Mix flour, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Flatten chicken breasts.
Dip in milk and egg mixture, then in flour, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese mixture.
Fry in oil until brown.
Pour spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish; layer chicken breasts, then sauce.
Top with sliced Provolone cheese and sliced pepperoni.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
