Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boned chicken breasts, 3 tbsp. oil, 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste and bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dip breasts in eggs, salt, pepper and then in bread crumbs. Brown in oil.
In saucepan, combine tomato sauce, garlic powder and basil.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add margarine to sauce and reserve crumbs from skillet (after browning breasts). Arrange breasts in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over breasts, then pour sauce over all.
Put Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
