Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box uncle ben's long grain and wild rice with herbs, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. melted margarine and 1/2 c. sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Pour rice evenly over bottom of buttered, 2-quart oblong dish. Sprinkle herbs over rice.
Mix soups, margarine, sherry and milk. Pour small amount over rice to moisten.
Sprinkle with sliced mushrooms.
Top with chicken.
Pour remainder of soup mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
Bake in an uncovered dish at 275Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
