Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken, 1 can tomato soup, 1/4 c. water, 1/4 c. minced onion and 1 minced clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place chicken in preheated oven at 350Β°, skin side down, for 1/2 hour; turn and cook 1/2 hour more. Remove from oven.
Pour off fat.
Cook together soup, water, onion, garlic and oregano until steaming.
Pour over chicken.
Arrange Mozzarella over chicken and sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes.
