Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 half chicken breasts, 2 cans stewed tomatoes, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. oregano or basil, crushed and 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place chicken breasts, which have been skinned and boned, in baking dish.
Bake, covered, 15 minutes in preheated 425Β° oven; drain.
Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and pepper sauce (optional).
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Pour heated sauce over chicken.
Top with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
