Chicken Parisian
Chicken Parisian is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large or 6 medium chicken breasts, split and deboned, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, 1 c. half and half and 1/2 c. cooking sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place chicken breasts, skin side up, in an 11 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish (glass is good).
Combine remaining ingredients (include mushroom liquid).
Pour over chicken; sprinkle generously with paprika.
Bake in a moderate 350Β° oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
Serve with hot fluffy rice.
Makes 4 to 6 servings (usually one full breast per person).
