Chicken over Rice
Chicken Over Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. uncle ben's long grain and wild rice, cooked, 12 chicken breasts, split (boneless or not; any other part, if desired), 2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. white wine and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix water, wine, soup and soup mix together with rice.
Put into casserole and season chicken.
Dip chicken into 1/4 pound melted butter or margarine.
Lay on top of rice.
Add paprika. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours, in a 350Β° oven.
Uncover for 1/2 hour.
