Chicken Oriental
Chicken Oriental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned, pepper and garlic powder, 1 c. rice, 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sprinkle the chicken with the pepper and garlic powder. Combine rice, chicken broth and soy sauce in 10-inch skillet. Stir.
Place chicken on top.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle chicken with a little soy sauce, then place pea pods on top of chicken.
Cover and remove from the heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
