Chicken Olivia
Chicken Olivia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in medium pieces, 2 c. celery, chopped, 1 c. cooked rice, 3/4 c. real mayonnaise and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients except butter, corn flakes and almonds. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
In frying pan, melt butter.
Sprinkle corn flake crumbs and almonds in butter.
Stir and sizzle for a few minutes.
Spoon evenly over casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
