Chicken 'n Chilies Casserole
Chicken 'N Chilies Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. light cream, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, light cream, onion, chilies, salt and pepper.
Stir in potatoes, chicken and 2 cups of the cheese.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
