Chicken Mushroom Casserole
Chicken Mushroom Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mushrooms, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 2 soup cans full of milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
Add chicken.
Saute 4 to 5 minutes.
Set aside.
In a glass casserole, mix soup and milk. Add chicken mixture and half of the fried onions.
Mix well.
Top with remaining fried onions.
Cook at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Serve over rice.
