Chicken Mexicana
Chicken Mexicana is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boiled and cubed chicken breasts, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 onion, chopped and 1 lb. kraft mexican cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix soup, tomatoes and onions.
Add chicken and mix.
Cut 1/2 of the cheese in bite size pieces.
Add and mix.
Spray 9 x 12-inch baking dish with Pam.
Cover bottom of dish with chicken mixture.
Slice rest of cheese and put on top of mixture.
Cover all with 3/4 bag crushed Doritos.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Can use leftover turkey.
