Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, whole chicken breasts, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 4 tbsp. butter and 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet and add garlic.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Put in skillet; brown over low to medium heat, cooking slowly.
Turn chicken once; add mushrooms and onions.
Continue to cook slowly until done.
While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.
