Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium boned, skinless chicken breast halves, nonstick spray coating, 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp. sliced green onion and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place 1 piece of chicken, boned side up, between 2 pieces of clear plastic wrap.
Pound with a meat mallet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Repeat with remaining breasts.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray coating.
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add 2 chicken breasts.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until no pink remains.
Transfer to a platter.
Repeat with remaining breasts.
