Chicken-Mac Saute
Chicken-Mac Saute is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raw elbow macaroni, 1 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/2 c. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute macaroni, onion, pepper and garlic in hot Wesson oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow.
Add remaining ingredients except chicken and bring to boil.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add chicken.
Yields 6 servings.
