Wash and dry chicken livers; cut livers in half.
Marinate about 1 hour in soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic and curry powder mixed real good.
Then wrap sliced water chestnut with chicken liver and then bacon.
Secure with toothpick.
Bake at 350Β° for about 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
