Chicken Le Marie
Chicken Le Marie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. italian bread crumbs, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 6 boned chicken breast fillets, 1/2 c. sliced green onions and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine crumbs and cheese.
Reserve half.
Dip chicken in crumbs and place in baking dish.
Cook onions and butter.
Blend flour and milk into onion mixture.
Cook until thick.
Stir spinach and ham into sauce mixture.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese you have reserved over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
