Chicken Lasagna
Chicken Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cooked chicken (may substitute canned chunk chicken if in a hurry), 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 diced onion and 3 cloves fresh garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Simmer salt, pepper, onion, garlic cloves, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. While sauce is simmering, boil lasagna noodles, drain and rinse with cold water.
Saute 1 pound of sliced fresh mushrooms in butter and garlic and squeeze with fresh lemon juice.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
