Chicken Kiev
Chicken Kiev is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 30 minutes. Made with half chicken breasts, boned and skinned, pepper, salt, chopped chives and garlic, butter, cut in 8 strips, flour and breadcrumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place breast halves between Saran Wrap. Beat until thin (about 1/4 inch). Sprinkle each breast with condiments.
Place one of the butter sticks in each roll-up. Dust with flour. Dip in beaten egg. Roll in breadcrumbs. Place in Pyrex dish. Pour in wine. Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Uncover to brown.
