Chicken in White Wine
Chicken In White Wine is an easy dinner. Made with 2 broiler fryers or 3 lb. breasts, skinned, 1 can cream soup of each: mushrooms, chicken and celery, 3/4 c. white wine, parmesan cheese and almonds, slivered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place chicken in the bottom of a shallow baking pan.
Combine your three cans of soup and wine and pour the mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle with almonds and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 300° to 325° for 1 hour, uncovered.
If deboning, cook for 30 minutes, covered, and then debone.
Pour sauce over and cook about 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
