Chicken in Mushroom Sauce
Chicken In Mushroom Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split in half, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. dry sherry wine and 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Spray oblong Pyrex baking dish with Pam.
Mix soup, sour cream, sherry and mushrooms.
Layer 1/3 of this mixture in bottom of dish. Place chicken on top, then pour on rest of soup mixture.
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 3/4 of an hour.
Cook 8 ounces of medium egg noodles.
Pour mixture over.
Sprinkle on chopped parsley.
