Combine equal amounts of ketchup and diet coke to make sauce to cover chicken.
Cook until tender and chicken falls apart (about 1 hour).
Use sauce over mashed potatoes.
If adding optional vegetables, put in at same time as chicken.
This sauce works with pork chops also.
