Peel and cut carrots.
Put in 1 1/4 cups water (in a Dutch oven start cooking on low).
Peel potatoes and cut in chunks; add to carrots.
Sprinkle all celery salt, chicken bouillon, salt and pepper over "veggies".
Add chicken breasts (skinless); cook on high for 15 minutes; stir every once in a while.
Cook until done.
