Chicken in a Biscuit
Chicken In A Biscuit is an easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. self-rising flour, 1 (.87 oz.) pkg. chicken gravy mix, 8 oz. whipping cream and 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine flour, gravy mix, and whipping cream.
Mix well. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead 5 or 6 times. Roll out to a thickness of about 1/2 inch and cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Dip in melted butter.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
